Off-season MTB Training Packages

You don’t get what you wish for….you get what you work for.

We offer (3) Off-season MTB Training Packages, each different in length of duration (from 12 to 24 weeks), starting level of fitness (from novice to professional), and price (from $189.00 to $299.00 CAD). This allows you to choose the right package based on the start of your riding/racing season, starting level of fitness, and budget.

Our packages or “training bundles” provide both a discount on our individual programs, as well as packaging these programs in the correct order and duration to maximize benefits.

Off-season MTB Training Package 1:

This package or “training bundle” is set up for novice to intermediate level of fitness MTB (DH / Enduro / Trail) enthusiasts and competitors. Each program covers a period or “block” of training which focuses on an area of fitness development, including the proper order, timing, and efforts. Once completed, feel assured you will be “battle prepared” for the riding and racing season.

Duration: 12 weeks (14 weeks access).

Programs included:

Week 1 – 4: MTB specific program (currently our ‘4 Week Online MTB Training’ program).

  • 3 times weekly strength/mobility workouts (40 – 75 minutes).
  • 3 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 3 hours).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Week 5 – 8: Kettlebell Strength 1 program.

  • 3 times weekly strength workouts (30 – 45 minutes).
  • 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 1.5 hours).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Week 9 – 12: Dynamic Strength & Conditioning program:

  • 2 times weekly strength workouts (40 – 50 minutes).
  • 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (20 – 30 minutes).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Price: $189.00 CAD

Off-season MTB Training Package 2:

This package or “training bundle” is set up for novice to expert level of fitness MTB (DH / Enduro / Trail) enthusiasts and competitors. Each program covers a period or “block” of training which focuses on an area of fitness development, including the proper order, timing, and efforts. Once completed, feel assured you will be “battle prepared” for the riding and racing season.

Duration: 18 weeks (22 weeks access).

Programs included:

Week 1 – 8: MTB specific program (currently our ‘8 Week Online MTB Training’ program).

  • 3 times weekly strength/mobility workouts (40 – 75 minutes).
  • 3 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 3 hours).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Week 9 – 12: Kettlebell Strength 1 program.

  • 3 times weekly strength workouts (30 – 45 minutes).
  • 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 1.5 hours).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Week 13 – 14: Recovery & Mobility program (currently our ‘Body Weight Strength & Mobility 1’ program).

  • 3 times weekly strength & mobility workouts (25 – 35 minutes).
  • 1 time weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Week 15 – 18: Dynamic Strength & Conditioning program:

  • 2 times weekly strength workouts (40 – 50 minutes).
  • 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (20 – 30 minutes).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Off-season MTB Training Package 3:

This package or “training bundle” is set up for intermediate to professional level of fitness MTB (DH / Enduro / Trail) enthusiasts and competitors. Each program covers a period or “block” of training which focuses on an area of fitness development, including the proper order, timing, and efforts. Once completed, feel assured you will be “battle prepared” for the riding and racing season.

Duration: 24 weeks (30 weeks access).

Programs included:

Week 1 – 12: MTB specific program (currently our ‘12 Week Online MTB Training’ program).

  • 2 – 3 times weekly strength/mobility workouts (40 – 75 minutes).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 3 hours).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Week 13 – 14: Recovery & Mobility program (currently our ‘Body Weight Strength & Mobility 1’ program).

  • 3 times weekly strength & mobility workouts (25 – 35 minutes).
  • 1 time weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Week 15 – 18: Kettlebell Strength 2 program.

  • 5 times weekly strength workouts (40 – 50 minutes).
  • 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 1.5 hours).
  • 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).

Week 19 – 20: Recovery & Mobility program (currently our ‘Body Weight Strength & Mobility 1’ program).

  • 3 times weekly strength & mobility workouts (25 – 35 minutes).

Week 21 – 24: Dynamic Strength & Conditioning program:

  • 2 times weekly strength workouts (40 – 50 minutes).
