YOU GET ACCESS TO THESE GREAT PROGRAMS
This package or “training bundle” is set up for novice to intermediate level of fitness MTB (DH / Enduro / Trail) enthusiasts and competitors. Each program covers a period or “block” of training which focuses on an area of fitness development, including the proper order, timing, and efforts. Once completed, feel assured you will be “battle prepared” for the riding and racing season. Duration: 12 weeks (14 weeks access).
SCHEDULE
Week 1 – 4: MTB specific program (currently our ‘4 Week Online MTB Training’ program).
- 3 times weekly strength/mobility workouts (40 – 75 minutes).
- 3 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 3 hours).
- 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).
Week 5 – 8: Kettlebell Strength 1 program.
- 3 times weekly strength workouts (30 – 45 minutes).
- 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 1.5 hours).
- 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).
Week 9 – 12: Dynamic Strength & Conditioning program:
- 2 times weekly strength workouts (40 – 50 minutes).
- 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (20 – 30 minutes).
- 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).
