YOU GET ACCESS TO THESE GREAT PROGRAMS
This package or “training bundle” is set up for novice to expert level of fitness Moto (MX / Enduro / Off-road) enthusiasts and competitors. Each program covers a period or “block” of training which focuses on an area of fitness development, including the proper order, timing, and efforts. Once completed, feel assured you will be “battle prepared” for the riding and racing season. Duration: 18 weeks (22 weeks access).
SCHEDULE
Week 1 – 8: Moto specific program (currently our ‘8 Week Online Moto Training’ program).
- 3 times weekly strength/mobility workouts (40 – 75 minutes).
- 3 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 3 hours).
- 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).
Week 9 – 12: Kettlebell Strength 1 program.
- 3 times weekly strength workouts (30 – 45 minutes).
- 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (15 minutes – 1.5 hours).
- 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).
Week 13 – 14: Recovery & Mobility program (currently our ‘Body Weight Strength & Mobility 1’ program).
- 3 times weekly strength & mobility workouts (25 – 35 minutes).
- 1 time weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).
Week 15 – 18: Dynamic Strength & Conditioning program:
- 2 times weekly strength workouts (40 – 50 minutes).
- 2 times weekly cardiovascular workouts (20 – 30 minutes).
- 2 – 3 times weekly stretching (15 – 20 minutes).
