MOTO TRAINING
Limited Equipment requirements (typically home based):
Dumbbells or kettlebells (depending on weight class chosen, a minimal of 35 – 50 lb / 15 – 22 kg).
Strength training pulley system or resistance bands.
Exercise (Swiss) ball.
Plyometric box (or suitable for) or free-weight bench.
Rowing machine (optional; preferably Concept2).
Full Equipment requirements (typically commercial gym based):
Barbell & resistance plates (depending on weight class chosen, a minimal of 150 – 200 lb / 70 – 90 kg).
Squat rack or power rack.
Bench press rack or free-weight bench.
Dumbbells (depending on weight class chosen, a minimal of 35 – 50 lb / 15 – 22 kg).
Kettlebells (depending on weight class chosen, a minimal of 35 – 50 lb / 15 – 22 kg).
Strength training pulley system.
Exercise (Swiss) ball.
Plyometric box (optional).
